Preferably this should be an account you can access daily while at work.
The body of the message you send should say:

Nothing else. No subject line entry is needed.

To Post A Message To The List:

Send mail to:
smartt@world.std.com

This message will then go to all subscribers of the list.

To Unsubscribe:

Send mail to:
majordomo@world.std.com

Body of Message should say:
unsubscribe smartt
