I would like a big house made of blocks. On the front it should have a big front yard and a big garage for three cars to be parked by remote control at the back of the house. I would like it to have a big porch and a big yard with a place to make a B.B.Q. Inside the house, I would like it to have five rooms and other five rooms in the second floor.

My dream house in the United States. Well to beginning I would like to made by brick out of the house and shut(ter) windows and the style of the house I like of Victorian not because of the color it's the bigger and… inside in the house I would like be wood and fireplace and air-conditioning. I would like to have a big gardin and a big garage and deck and a porch or anyone or both. In a big kitchen and a big refrigeration and on the ceiling by stucco and on the floor by tile and a big cabinets.
I would like to have a huge pool and a laundring mat and dishwasher and I would like to have a big bath room and two baths because Victorian house it's so big and out I would like to have a good drain pipes and on the roof I would like to have shingles roof and I would like to have 4 or 5 bedrooms and dining room, living room, and family room.

This is my dream house in the United States. I want a single family house but it is a big family house. I would like a house made of cement or brick but 2 stories. Each story has a porch.
Outside of the house I would like a yard because I would like to grow flowers in the summer time. I would like a deck, a garage, a garden, and a swimming pool. Inside the house I want two full bathrooms, and a playroom, and a guest room.

My dream house is a one family house with the bedrooms upstairs with a large yard where I can have a beautiful garden. Also with a big kitchen and two bathrooms, with hardwood floors. A two cars garage.
It is built in wood with beautiful windows and large deck. There will be three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. In the first floor will be the master room with the bathroom inside and a walkin closet with mirror doors plus a guest room. I want a big kitchen and a living room for family meeting. I will like to make dining and party on my family and friends.
The street is very quiet with very little traffic and it is a very good neighborhood where everybody knows everybody. Of course to me is important the kind of people who live in, like quiet.

The first thing I should have before I purchase a house is a good line of credit and job security after everything is ok. Then I will be able to borrow money form the bank to buy a house.
I believe that buying a house is a good idea. It is better than paying rent because when I rent, I can never sell my apartment, but if I own my home, I can sell it.
In the future, I believe I will have the house of my dreams. The Victorian house is my dream house of dreams. But first I must develop a good line of credit, increase my savings and improve my job security.

When I was young I liked big beautiful houses. I used to dream about the future. In my dream if I get married I will have a very beautiful house. A lot of years passed, but I can't realize my dream. Maybe it's just an image that I can't realize in my lifetime. But I yearn for it because all people yearn for nice things.
Now I came to America, I think if I have enough money, I want to buy a three-family houses in Brookline. One apartment for my family and two apartments for rent so I can have money to pay off the bank loan.
If in the future I have a lot of money. I want to buy my dream house. The house I dream of will be built in one of the beautiful places in America, like Hawaii. It will use a bigger land area for a bigger house. It will have its own golf course, race track for horses and its own indoor swimming pool. I will have a garden to enjoy a nice life. I can't realize this desire, but the desire is enough because the idea makes me so happy.

Someone asks me if I would like to rent a house…No, I have never liked it. If you rent a house, you will pay rent to landlord and you only get $2,500 maximum for the deductible on Massachusetts income tax. But if you want to buy a house, you will pay mortgage to the bank and all your interest is tax deductible on federal income tax. Especially you only pay for a period of time such as 10, 15, 20, 30 years.
Well, I am too poor to buy a house. If one day I have much money, I would rather buy a house than rent a house. What kind of house had I to buy? Condo, single house, family house? If you buy a condo you won't pay fees for insurance, maintenance and bills for water and sewer, but you must pay condo fees. There is less privacy and you don't own the land by yourself. If you buy a single house you will have more privacy, space and own a piece of land, but you must pay the water and sewer bill, maintenance and insurance. If you buy a family house, you must pay the same as a single house. But a family house is different from a single house. It has more space to rent.

I always dream about a house in white color, with the red Japanese maple tree in the front yard. I love to have a big kitchen, so we can eat and cook at the same time. A family room is in my dream too; we need that for the kids playing anytime we have family coming over. I like to have a garden. It doesn't have to be fancy, just the place for me to plant something and cut some flowers or pick some tomatoes and peppers. Some of my dream already come true, some still far away, but I still love to dream about my house.

I would like to have my own house, but it is not easy to reach it. In my mind it is one-family house located on the top of some hill with a view to a mountain or sea. Many trees and flowers grow around. This house has only two floors. Downstairs we can find a large kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a guest's room and a bathroom. The sun can easily find a way in because the windows are big. If we will go upstairs, we will get into a big hall that is used for relaxing. In night it is beautiful view to the sleeping city, which is distant around ten minutes by car. There is also a terrace where we can sit and have breakfast, read a book, discuss with our friends, or watch mountains. From this room leads four doors to other rooms. One of them is to the master bedroom with bathroom. Others are for children. There are also flowers everywhere.

I like when rooms are bright.
Also, I would like that around the house there would be a lot of flowers. I would also like a yard where I could relax. Near the house there should be a few trees, which provide consolation.

A home is not made from bricks. A house is made from bricks, but a home is more than that. A home is made up of hearts. A house how beautifully designed, can not be a home if the people living in it do not have good feelings for one another. In my opinion, a person longs for a home and not for a house. However, there are many materialistic people who will differ with me. I also believe that materialistic attitudes decline as one ages. As a person grows older, he or she long more for a home rather than for a beautiful house. This bring the saying, "Home sweet home."

When I think of about all of these things, I feel like I belong some where else. When I planned to go home, I couldn't wait to see me in front of my house; it seems like I have a new hand waiting for me. Even I stay for one night, it look like I received the visit of all my good Spirit. Like everyone always said, "There is no place like home."

In Vietnam, not a lot of people would have any experience of buying or selling a house. Most Vietnamese live with their parents. In some house you could see four generations and we believed that is a happy family. (I don't think so.) But my parents had sold and had bought houses twice there. Now they own a house in Quincy. Anytime we asked them about the difference of their feelings, my father smiled and said, "Own the house here is not a real feeling, we share the ownership with the bank." Because in Vietnam they had bought the house with cash and gold. One time they bought a piece of land and built their own house. They paid with five hundred pieces of gold; they paid the builder cash everyday for his work. And over time we were talking about buying a house, my father would say: "In United States, when you buy a house you need reading skills more than the money in your pocket."
I always love my house, but I still dream about a small green house in the backyard.
