How to Turn off Check Spelling As You Type and
Check Grammar As You Type feature of MS Word

To Turn Automatic Check off
Go to Tools Menu => Options / Then select the Spelling & Grammar Tab
Clear the Check spelling /grammar as you type boxes

Spelling And Grammar Check can still be run manually later.
Do this by clicking the Spell Check button on the Standard Tool Bar.
If Check grammar with spelling is checked off then Grammar will
be check also.
