Select Image on Menu / Image Size

Then enter a new figure for Width or Height which ever is greater. The other dimension will
will change automatically as long as Constrain Proportions is checked. Notice that the file
size will reduce as you do this. Also make sure that Resolution is set to 72 which is the
default resoultion of any computer screen. When done making the settings, hit OK.
