To Set Background Color

• Go To Format menu and select Page Properties

Click on Use Custom Colors radio button
Click in Background Color Box
Select a New Color from Color Wheel, and Click OK

• Go To Format menu and select Page Properties

Click on Use Custom Colors radio button
Click on Normal Text Color Box
Select a New Color from Color Wheel, and Click OK

• Select text using your mouse so it is highlighted

Then either click Color Selector Tool on the second row of Tool Bar
or go to Format Menu and select Color
Select Color from Color Wheel, and click OK

First Select Text or image that you wnat to make "clickable"
Click LINK button on Tool Bar or Select Insert Link from Insert Menu
In Character Properties window

For Internal Link (within your own site)

Click Choose File in Link To Window

For External Link (somebody else's web page)

Enter a URL (syntax:  http://....)  where "...." would be the web page address

• Go to Insert menu and select Image...


In Open Save Dialog box navigate your way to desired image

To Insert Table

Go to Insert Menu, select Table then Table again from sub menu
Enter the number of rows and columns. Enter Border Line Width Zero
if you want the table to be “invisible”

To Edit Table attributes later Select Table (by clicking in it)
Go to Format Menu, select Table Properties, then Click the Table tab at top
