My 2nd day of class, the group is visiting a computer store. We took pictures of how we would get information on how to get to this store in Cambridge. We arrived at the store at 10:00 am.
Linda, and Paul were just browsing around and saw a Compaq Presario 2254 for $899. We only had $1,500 to spend on a Monitor, Computer and Printer. Then I asked for Customer Services to buy a computer and a salesperson suggested I buy Power Spec for the same price except the RAM chips were missing and I would have had to pay $50.00 more for this piece.
I felt this salesperson wasn't very helpful to a customer who only had x amount to spend and was looking for a certain kind of computer and was seeking help from someone who had more education on computers than me. I felt I would have recieved better service if I was spending more money. I was also looking for a printer and was recommended to see another salesman on the other side of the store.
